It was very clean so I give it a five stars on look and smell. But no one comes to answer the call bell. I pushed it for my family member and no one came the whole time it went off at least 25 minutes and still no one I went and got what he needed myself. He is new there so we will see how it goes. Update: things have gone much better since that day. Response time is much improved.

Notified today that a staff member has tested positive for Covid & the Buckingham is now on lock down for 10 days! This means my family member will have to spend Xmas eve & Xmas day alone! What is unacceptable is the lack of diligence by the staff to always be masked. And the staff is not required to be vaccinated. This is the SECOND time a staff member has tested positive within the last 6 months & the Buckingham went into lock down mode.
