I wanted only a white background for all my photos and they couldn't do it because they needed to take pictures with two different background. I don't understand why we have to take pictures with a background that we don't want.

Ive had nice passport photos taken here in the past and recently had professional photos taken by Isaiah. He is skilled, versatile and efficient. When I saw I had a collar untucked, he kindly took additional photos to ensure I was happy with the end product. Highly recommend his services!

Deniseia who I just spoke with on the phone today; which is January 22, 2022 was so rude to me over the phone. I could tell that she was just completely irritated with the fact that I was calling and she had to answer the phone. I was just calling to see how I could get duplicate portraits printed. She was not very helpful even though I told her that we had just had her pictures taken last month which was in December 2021. She went on to say that she had no idea how long they keep the photographs in their system for. I asked to speak with the manager she said that the manager was not available. Completely unprofessional and rude woman I was looking To make another purchase of my photos that had just been taken and less than a month ago.
