Our family has been using Craig for years and will not use anyone else. Their customer service and response times are second to none. They shop policies for us automatically, have walked us through claims, flood insurance and more. They make insurance easy for these tech-challenged folks. You can't go wrong with them.

Unlike the other posted review, I have had nothing but excellent experiences with the Craig Insurance team!  Susan and Carmella have gone above and beyond on numerous occasions, finding competitive insurance policies when previous suppliers stopped offering in the Houston area, and they have handled our insurance claims very professionally.  I cannot recommend their office enough!Note that there are 3 additional reviews below that have been filtered out by the Yelp algorithm, likely due to being new reviewers.  They are all positive and consistent with my experience.Try Craig is you're looking for a new insurance office in the Clear Lake area!
