Poor customer service especially the commercial side!!! My part was never delivered to be dropped off to the shop it was supposed to be delivered to. My mechanic called to check on it around 5:30 to see if they were on the way because he had told them to drop it off at the shop and his response was well I thought you were going to pick it, and we have no drivers at the moment mind you my mechanic had said he wanted it delivered and then my mechanic asked what time the part was delivered, he said it was delivered at 4:30pm he didnt even bother to call my mechanic to let him know the part was delivered. What a waste of time and the sad part this place has gone down hill. This is not the first time this has happened. Just ridiculous.
