After 8 years T-Mobile sent me to collections for not paying the final bill that NOBODY notified me about. I never got an email or bill in the mail. I called and they told me to come to the store since I did not know my pin. I finally came to the store and Annette said she could not do anything because it was already in collections. She calls customer service and they informed me that the store clerks can help me change my pin. Annette quickly said no that she could not do that. Like okay then what can you do??? Completely ineffectual.

What a wonderful experience I had at this specific location, The staff was awesome in helping to get my Moms new phone set up and getting her info transferred correctly. Special shout to Julio and Noel. Julio made everything easy... We thank you!!!

I thought I got a good deal on a buy one get one. I just paid my phone off and I come to find out I still have to pay full price for the other phone. Ive been a loyal customer I think this is unfair that they tell me one thing and they get their commission and the customer is stuck with the payments this is bad business Im canceling all my lines asap.
