My name is Osamah Khudhair. I live at Woodchase Apartments. My leasing contract is up and I went today to the leasing office to renew the leasing contract, the manager, (hispanic woman) was there, she told me that I'm not allowed to renew the contract and I have to pay month to month rent which is extremely more from what I'm paying now. She was very rude and she said if I don't pay month to month rent then she will file an eviction against me to move out. I been living in this property for more than one year and I always pay my rent and utilites on time, I never been late, she is not allowing me to Renew the leasing contract because we had an argument before about them putting a Warrning sticky note on my car window as abandoned and unauthorized car, my car wasn't abandoned, I drive it everyday and the Registeration sticker is up to date and it's not unauthorized, I live here. Overall she said she will send me an eviction tomorrow with no reason, when I aked her why, she asked me to leave the office and she said i'm not paying her money, I don't know what she meant by that. She just doesn't like me because of the argument we had before.
