      image Horrible. Been waiting at Houston Hobby Airport for shuttle pickup. No one has come and cannot get a human to answer the phone !!!!

      image Two hour wait. Thats all you need to know. Get a Lyft and rent offsite. Checking in early doesnt help. This is a known problem, and could easily be fixed with an additional $20 per rental to pay for a minimal upgrade in staff, but they refuse to do it.

      image Go somewhere else. My family pre booked two vehicles months in advance, yet we have been waiting over 2 hours. The customer service is fighting with the customers. They have no respect for the customer or their time. It seems like nobody knows what's is going on.

      image Poorly run. Potentially predatory? Not sure what they gain from not having cars available and forcing such incredibly long waits. But based on my experience, the experience of everyone around me, and the other reviews they systemically cannot meet their committed reservation times.
