      image Worst customer service then any other UPS store.
      Employees are rude, un-helpful, and don't do their basic simple jobs.
      And start arguments with customers over simple things that they are supposed to do.
      They also try to charge you extra for stuff that's already included.
      Ended up taking my package to another store. I will never go back.
