Dear Ross team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your store. While shopping, I noticed that the cashier removed the label from the product I had originally selected and went to the trouble of finding another bag to substitute the price tag with that of a different product, which wasn't even the same brand, apparently in order to not honor the original price marked on the item. This kind of practice is unacceptable and left me extremely upset. As a result, I felt compelled to leave the store without making any purchases.
I hope you take steps to address this situation and ensure that it does not happen again in the future. As a regular customer of your store, I am deeply disappointed by this incident and I hope you take the necessary measures to ensure that prices are honored and integrity is maintained in the purchasing process. The cashier did not provide me with her name, but she was the only person who spoke Spanish.
