My mom was there January 2021- February 2021 in less than a month my mom was called a bi"@h from staff, she was dropped to the floor, and developed nasty bed sores. They did not dress,clean, or treat the sores. She was there just for rehab, so she could walk again. Long story short she passed from septic shock from her wounds developed while in this facility. I called to speak with them and all they did was lie to me about her condition, I begged them to send her to the er. They did NOT WANT TO SEND HER TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM. Please if you all can help it DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE

DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE!!! my grandma passed away around February because they weren’t doing what they were supposed to be doing and they weren’t giving her the treatment she needed. They are disrespectful and they don’t care about their patients 😐!!

The staff goes above and beyond for their residents and families that come to visit. The events they plan for the residents, families to attend, and public to also be a part of are so thoughtful and creative. They are so hard working and thoughtful. Means the world!! Knowing they truly care and are working hard for the residents here at Eastview.
