I pass by this place everyday on my lunch break and finally decided to go here today. Big mistake. I was sitting there eating my lunch before I go into the store as Im sitting there this lady come out and tells me I need to leave. Im confused as to why but right then I decided Im not spending my money here. I told her I was leaving as I was sending a text message back to someone. This lady leaves and comes back out and starts yelling at me that this is private property. I told her but its a furniture store and I wanted to go look at couches as Im in the market she starts yelling about their close and you have to have an appointment. I asked her how would I know that seeing as how Ive never been there. She starts telling me its private property and I couldnt park there and I tell her theres no sign. She turns around and see theres no sign. Apparently someone pulled it down. She tells me she owns the place and she wanted me to leave or she was having my car towed or was calling the police. I told her to do both Shes a racist and I will be doing a full review on TikTok and let the people do their job. The fact that she thought she was threatening me with the police as if I have warrants and is scared of the police is crazy. Treating potential clients like this is unacceptable.

Theres no sign out there that says private property or that you have to make an appointment. If its my first time there how would I know that you have to make an appointment and again Im going to say I was on my lunch break and coming in to look for furniture. You lost a client because youre rude and youre racist. I took my money and went elsewhere another day on my lunch break and I had no problems. Your attitude is why you have 3 stars and from other reviews Im glad I didnt spend my money with you.
Castle fine Furniture is amazing and you wont have to deal with people who look like theyre on drugs harassing you. If anyone is interested in a better place to do business
