Moved in December 2018 it was good then went down hill when they changed management seem to no care about residents walk ways flood EVERY-TIME it rains, water is off at least once a month, and never can get ahold of the office without walking in. Too expensive with too many problems

I’m only 3 months into my lease and I genuinely regret my decision moving here.The most frustrating thing about living here is the lack of parking availability. The parking lot is over filled with numerous of cars that are either out of commission or guest of residents. Not to mention broken car glass & trash EVERYWHERE. The least of my worries while living here should be finding a space to park, especially at night.There’s been times I’ve searched for a parking spot for over 30 minutes before one became available.. I’ve spoken with management about the issue & not enforcing parking stickers
and they said they’re working on it .. that was 2 months ago smh! Overall parking here at Ashford Santa Ana (Aberdeen) is a HASSLE and inconvenience. I truly hope this issue is resolved soon.

I lived here from Dec 2018-Jan 2020. When I moved in before I even put my stuff in there were roaches. I had to leave the roach powder and traps on my floor the entire time I lived there which ruined the aesthetic.
The outside photos look great but the actual property is average looking and run down. Luckily my apt faced the street so I never had to go into the complex. The gate never worked.
I will say with my apt facing the street I was concerned about break-ins since there was no gate to enter my apt, but that was never an issue.
I lived in the townhome and my AC never worked the entire time I was there. They said "heat travels to the top" which it does but the air should at least blow through the top vents. I have lived in a two story home my entire life. They changed filters but eventually the maintenance man admitted that the ac unit was not designed to ventilate the entire home. The best advice was to close the vents down stairs and only be cool in my bedroom since the unit could not do both.
The property manager at the time Anna was very nice nasty.
Overall, if you are looking for somewhere to save cash and don't care about it being extremely nice this is a decent choice. However, there are nicer apartments in the same price range in the same area. City West, The Retreat at Westpark, and The Commons to name a few.
