I have never made a review for anything, except for today.
If I could give -5 stars i would.
I have spent over $10,000 dollars with Meyerland doors for installation of mirrors, glass doors, weather strips, and shower doors.

6 weeks ago, i called Meyerland on a Monday regarding a problem with a weather strip that had come off a door that they installed. They commented that they were busy, and would have someone come on a Wednesday to fix the door. On Wed. nobody showed up, and I called to relay this to them. They said they would need to reschedule for the following Wed. to fix it with the special door suction cups they had.
Finally, someone showed up, and they looked at the door, but didn't bring the correct equipment to pick the door up and fix it. I called back 1 week later and spoke to Justin and Coleen, to get an estimate and have the door fixed, and they then relayed they were busy, and didn't have time for another week. Coleen assured me that if i called the following week, they would schedule a time to fix the weather strip.
I called the following week, and Coleen refused to answer the phone, and when i asked for David the owner, he refused to take the call, and through the employee who answered the phone stating "we can't fix weather strips on doors, and that I need to contact a carpenter."
THEY ARE THE ONES WHO INSTALLED THE WEATHER STRIPS, how could it be that they all of sudden dont? Why would they lie to me and say they would fix it? One of the worst companies i have worked with. I am very disappointing in the ownership in passing the buck and lying.
