Dealing with AT&T has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their dishonesty and lack of transparency regarding billing are utterly appalling. I was assured my bill would be $85, only to receive a shocking invoice of $130. This blatant discrepancy between what was promised and what was delivered is unacceptable. Furthermore, their deceit continued when they quoted a starter plan at $45, only to change the tune to $65 when I called in for clarification. It's clear that AT&T's business practices prioritize trickery over transparency, making them one of the most frustrating companies to deal with.
Not only does AT&T's misleading billing practices leave a sour taste, but their customer service exacerbates the issue. When confronted about the discrepancies, representatives seem unapologetic and indifferent to the distress caused by their misinformation. It's evident that their primary goal is to maximize profits at the expense of customer trust and satisfaction. The lack of accountability and integrity within AT&T's customer service only adds insult to injury, leaving consumers feeling powerless and betrayed.
In conclusion, my experience with AT&T has been a harrowing ordeal characterized by deceit, incompetence, and disregard for customer well-being. From promising one price and delivering another to changing plan details without notice, AT&T has proven themselves to be among the worst telecommunications companies in terms of honesty and reliability. Consumers deserve better treatment and transparency, qualities sorely lacking in AT&T's business practices.

Terrible service, they made me waste 3 hours until in the end I was not eligible to get a phone, I do not recommend coming to this place, they talk a lot and solve very little, first they make you believe that it is and then everything ends up being a lie. Better go somewhere else if you don't want to waste your time.
