1 star is wayyy to many for this review.The costumer service I received today WAS HORRIBLE THE SALES LADY WAS ANNOYING SHE KEPT FOLLOWING ME AROUND THE STORE. I wanted to buy a ring but I didn’t know my size, so I asked the lady and she took out only two different size rings, but none fit me. She told me “if you want to know what size you are, go to a jewelry store” ahhh hello I’m not in a candy shop I’m in a Swarovski store where rings are sold. My only question is, why is this lady employed if she obviously doesn’t want to be there. I didn’t get her name but she was older and was working on Saturday Oct 16 between the hours of 12-4pm.

I used to shop here when I was younger and I was with my grandma and my cousin the other day at the galleria we left Tiffany's and Swarovski caught my eye the lady with the long braids I don't know her name was EXCELLENT SHE DEFINITELY MADE US FEEL WELCOME she has made me a consistent customer once again thank you so much we loved our earrings and sunglasses and will be back

I was shoppinh wirh my girlfriend and we needed a gift came into the swarovski store and thw ñady with black braids was on her phone with earbuds on and just was ñooking at us. The customse serice was horrible.
