Let me just say that nobody likes to go to the cell phone store. Right? This usually means that you are having issues with your phone, the service or it's accessories. I get it. So there I was, at this store right at 11:00 am on a Sunday because my phone has finally died, and I mean dead, dead. This T-MOBILE store was the only one opening at 11:00 am and when I walked in there were two ladies working. So I greeted them with a light hearted, "sorry y'all have to work on a Sunday morning, but THANK YOU for being here today" because I need to upgrade my phone. I was greeted by Noemi and she promptly moved into "how to help me mode" impressive! Looked at my phone, pulled my account up & checked if all out. Yep, phone was all but dead. Told her what phone I wanted, she checked her stock and she made it happen. Took about an hour or so but that is to be expected for setting up a new phone and getting it ready for me to use that day. She was like wonder woman, not only helping me but multitasking helping others. Always keeping my phone process moving and on task. As far as I'm concerned, Noemi and the T-Mobile store is the ONLY location I will return to give my business when I have a cell phone need in the future. Thank you again Noemi! Keep up the friendly and great customer service!!!

Liz and Emmy helped me with my phone a couple of months ago . I am late writing the review. They were so very nice and patient with me on how to navigate around my phone. Very knowledgeable. Thanks you guys were life savers

This is a Franchise location..only use a Corp. location..I wanted to leave ATT.I have a small buss this store caused my buss. to be SHUT DOWN for 4 months..due to saying they could PORT OVER my Landline attached to my printer...TMobil ported all my services
but the Landline was NOT ported over it would not function..This caused an absolute NIGHTMARE having to go back to ATT and move all my services again..customer service is the worst...run for the hills before you listen to all their lies..I have a folder 3 inches thick on this problem...I am trying to save you all the GRIEF I went thru

Long haired guy is extremely insulting and condensing. He just lost a very loyal customer of T Mobile. He needs therapy because he seems to hate his job and life and takes it out on T Mobiles customers.
