This place has the worst customer service had a blowout Saturday night at 8 PM. Contact this facility to see if they have my tire in stock was told that they do got my car towed there. They didnt have my tire in stock I had to pay before I found out this information, I was there for almost 3 hours while they sat and conversation is and also took a lunch break. I called back to speak to the manager or the owner regarding the situation about may have to purchase a tire that does not fit on. My car was left on hold for 10 minutes call back they didnt answer a call back a second time they place me on hold again , do not go to this tire shop is trash will never refer them to anyone

Benjamin is rude he needs to understand customer service! If you dont wanna come to work dont come theres absolutely no reason to be rude to customers! Its giving demons energy from a grown man at work who possibly hates his job! Absolutely no! The other gentleman who assisted was really nice!

Don't ever bring your car here, the Tire Technician had no idea how to patch a tire he put two patches on top of each other and air was leaking still. The manager was arguing about returning my money saying that the hole was too big.

I was getting off from work when i realized i had a flat tire. In the desperate situation i was in, i needed a quick patch just enough to make it home. Finding the place was a little challenging but nevertheless i arrived in one peace. Although the guys were pretty nice, the services provided were not. I got overcharged for 1 tire that i wanted to be plugged so that alone had put me in a bad mood. As i was done with that transaction, driving home was a complete death sentence as i began to realize that the air was releasing from the tire as i was driving. By time i reached another tire station near my home, my tire was flat once again. As the 2nd tire shop inspected my car, they gave me some distressing news that not only 1 but 2 of my tires are at the verge of "blowing up". Looking back, the fact that 24 hour tire houston shop did not catch this beforehand when i paid them is beyond me. I could have lost my life driving on the freeway heading home. But by the grace of god i survived. Shame on this establishment!!! If your gonna overcharge me, the least they could have done was tell me that my tires were no good!!!!
