      image We always have had excellent customer service at this Kroger. The bad review today is because we were out of town and prescribed medication was sent here instead of the out of town pharmacy. Both out of town pharmacist and I had difficulty with a pharmacy staff member to comply with transferring the prescription over. We had to call several times and the staff member was unhelpful and rude. I did not expect that at all.
