These people are all about taking your money. Completely unprofessional. I was charged $1000 for them to look at a case that they could have easily told me wasnt worth the effort. The lawyer they assigned quit or was fired, whatever the reason, I was not informed. Insert the replacement lawyer that knew absolutely nothing about the case and had none of the documentation from the previous attorney. 2 days later I get lawsuits and demands for $2000 from the Hernandez law firm. At this point all I had faxed were 3 wills. Lol. Months have gone by an non one could tell me if my case had legs. Finally the final attorney says he could proceed with my case and get property transferred if I pay another $2000. Reluctantly, I was going to proceed but thankfully this lawyer stopped returning my emails too. I talked to a "real" real estate attorney yesterday and was told, after a 15 minute conversation, that my case at minimal would cost 20k and gave a very thorough explanation of how and why. If you're and average, everyday Joe, these guys are NOT the ones for you.. Save your $1000 and keep searching

These guys are a complete scam. I went months without a songle contact after i paid the retainer of 975$. I contacted them pver and over to try and get information on my case and no one ever reached back out to me or returned phone calls. In the 5 months they have "worked" my case i have received 1 email and gotten an answer on 3 calls. The first call back on June 10th i wanted to terminate services and wanted a refund of my retainer since no work had been performed since hiring in April. I received 2 bills after sending my email (as directed by Lisa) to terminate my contract. Today i finally got someone to call me and was informed instead that they would not refund my retainer. This place doesnt caee about your case. Stay far away from this place and find a lawyer that is actually worth the time.

Lady on phone was very rude and sounded like she hates her job . Never recommend this place
