I paid for a Deep Clean, Ha! I was told all vertical surfaces would be cleaned along with baseboards, ceiling fans and doors as well as even pulling out appliances and cleaning behind them. They were in and out in 2 hours, the first time. I called and told them that my floors were not swept before being mopped and they mopped around barstools and dog bowls not under. The kitchen island still had crumbs on it. The baseboards, doors, and cabinet fronts were not cleaned. The living room rug was not vacuumed and the coffee table not cleaned and still had fingerprints on the glass. They came back and I asked them if they had been told that this was supposed to be a "DeepClean" he said yes. They did redo the floors, the island, the living room and baseboards. The doors were done but not well. After they left I went into the bathroom only to find that they didn't put items back after the area was cleaned. I had to put a liner back in the trash and that's when I discovered that toilet bases obviously aren't part of the cleaning process!!! The bases had not been touched in ANY of the bathrooms or swept behind. None of the bathroom baseboards or cabinet fronts had been cleaned. Shower looked like they barely ran a wet cloth over it. The track wasn't touched. Ceiling fans, top of mirror, ect... not touched or not done properly. The widows were unlocked to open and clean but were left unlocked and one left open. They refunded me $50 of the $375 that I paid. I asked that they just not come back at this point. The crew was very friendly but friendly doesn't make up for not doing the job described by the person who described the deep cleaning and dispatched this crew. Would not hiring Bright Cleaning Services.

I called to schedule a cleaning for my three-bedroom home. They came on schedule. They performed a great job overall. did what I requested of them. I did discover a few locations that were overlooked before they departed; I informed them, and they promptly corrected it. Absolutely will give them another call.

I've worked with Melissa, Dora, and Lisa; it's been an amazing experience. They are absolutely wonderful and extremely kind. After they finish, my house always looks immaculate and smells wonderful.

I have extremely high standards for cleanliness and am a very tidy person. I've tried other businesses, but I wasn't too pleased with the cleaning they provided. However, Bright Cleaning Services certainly lives up to my expectations. Lisa and Mary did an excellent job; once they were through, my home was clean. Without a doubt, I'll utilize their cleaning services once again.

On our unoccupied apartment, Lisa and her crew performed an excellent job! Jennifer was excellent in the office as well. Definitely going to utilize them again for all of our openings
