Battery plus was able to quickly assist me with a great customer service. The associate Desman was very professional and had great hospitality. Would recommend to anyone who is trying to fix their phone fast.

Went to this location because my phone wasn't charging. The clerk there checked my phone and told me it was just debris in my charging port, he cleaned it up, and had my phone working in no time. Didnt charge me. I appreciate the honesty. Great customer service.

Ty at store 610 on I-10 east was very helpful with the purchase AND free installation of the battery for my computer's battery backup. I happened to have 2 battery backups with dead batteries. Now, I am all set and am thankful to run into a qualified effective employee.
