I canceled my insurance. I called, text and emailed multiple times to check on the cancelation since I did not receive confirmation it was canceled.
The agent blocked my calls and emails.
I spoke five months in a row with the main office as I was instructed to deal with them and not my agent anymore.
Five months in a row I canceled. Every month I still received statements I owed.
I followed instructions, emailed cancelation and called. Five months later Farmers was still automatically withdrawing money out of my account.
I had to stop the bank from allowing Farmers to take money out of my account.
Then Farmers starts mailing me statements that I owe.
HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO CANCEL.
ðŸ˜¡NOW FARMERS HAS TURNED IT INTO MY CREDIT I OWE
As you can see by the email my policy was canceled in April.....
The other picture is the debt collection agency who refuses to remove this off my credit.
