Aurelio Valdez Farmers insurance Agency has handled our home, auto, and life insurance for the past several years. Karina is amazing, she goes above and beyond for her clients. I am very thankful for her assistance and expertise in helping us with our insurance needs. I must say I am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received. BEWARE THIS AGENCY AND AGENT LIES AND AGENT LIED TO FARMERS AND DUE TO AGENTS NEGILIGENCE HE COST ME OVER 40,000 DOLLAR LOSS BEWARE DONT GO THERE NOT QUALIFIED PEOPLE SUCH AS JOESEPH AND AGENT HAS HIRED NO KNOWLEDGABLE NO EXPERIENCE ABOUT INSURANCE OR HOE IT WORKS
I removed all 6 of my cars my homeowners and 2 life insurance policy within 20 min of finding out what a fraud and cheat they are
