I got an email saying my review has been removed after 2 years..that still does not stop me from leaving another..I was treated horrible at this location & im going to let the people know..Let me tell you about the rude BLACK WOMEN at this location. I called to check the status of my bridesmaid dresses and was left on hold for 10 minutes. I hung up and called back when the lady answered I expressed that I was left on hold for 10 minutes just to check the status, her exact words were "well we busy, what do you want" I said a manager because now I don't like your tone. She then hung up the phone. I then called back and lejoyce answered the phone as if nothing happened. When I asked for the manager she claimed she was the manager and I was not able to speak with anyone else. She did not correct her staff or try to find out her gave rude customer service under her watch. I also did not like her tone as I was telling her that her staff was disrespectful to a paying customer. I will not do business at this location. I do not trust my dress in the hands of these women. The reason for the 1 star is for the employee Winter. She is great. I will be calling corporate office come Monday. Rude heffas
