The staff was caring, pleasant, helpful, and courteous. While I failed to provide a complete set of important medical history reports and recent tests Dr. Seger was still able to develope an appropriate plan for testing that other health care providers would not do with the current reports. So I believe it was well worth the time and money spent to travel over three hundred miles to be seen by Dr. Seger at this clinic.

I've been in Saint Luke's more times than I can count these last two months with aging parents. Each and every time, every department, from valet parking to surgeons have been nothing but kind, helpful, and compassionate. In every office the staff greets you warmly. The nurses and doctors have listened and addressed every concern. My parents have gotten follow-up phone calls from staff and doctors. Every appointment has been on time, lab and test results are communicated in a timely manner and in a way that my parents can understand. Thank you to everyone that makes every visit to St. Luke's so special.

If I could give a -0 then I would have. Extremely uneducated, rude, unprofessional and horrible beside manners! They should not be allowed to practice medicine! This place is hell! Do NOT send your loved ones here!!!

Where to begin...the staff is rude, unorganized, and dishonest in the Endoscopy Department. The first 30 minutes we were there they made my wife cry because of there blatant rudeness in patient services. They tried repeatedly to make us pay $320 for a procedure when our insurance was literally on the phone confirming we were covered 100%. Each time they made a different excuse as to why our insurance company was wrong. Ultimately, they refused to do a procedure on my wife after we waited 3 hours because they claimed they weren't prepared. The Dr. actually came to speak with us and flat out refused to do her precedure claiming we should reschedule and that he wouldn't do it when we did. If you care anything about yourself or your family please stay away from here.
