      image First time I used them they wrote down the wrong phone number and acted like it was my fault. Second time I dropped off a shirt and a rug. Wrote out my contact info this time. A week later received a text my shirt was ready. Upon arriving I noticed my rug was still left where I left it. Their rug cleaning machine was broken when I dropped it off and they dont know if they are going to replace it !! They should have informed me of this before i unloaded it
