This is not one of the most spectacular National Parks, but it is worth a stop. The architecture is fabulous. In the spring and fall, the area around the park is gorgeous! The tower is a great way to see over the tops of the trees and get a different perspective of the area. If it is windy below the tower, it is extra windy on top of the tower. You can feel it sway. You are allowed to take your tripod if you are a photographer.

Well kept park with lots of visitors. Highly recommend the lookout tower and be sure to prepare for the wind!

Exciting experience for both kids and adults. The water coming out of the ground here is around 140. Crazy to just watch hot water pour out of a rock. The park is smallish, but does have some nice walking trails and a large green space. Was really hoping there would be somewhere to get in the water, like a natural hot pool, but no such luck. There is a large water station where you can fill up containers with hot springs water for free... That was pretty neat.
