It's ok but it can do better about letting public know about certain fees before just adding them once system is up fixed an running correctly.

I literally try every extension to try to pay my bill and no answer....do you all want your money or what? You never send a bill, customer service is horrible, and the work you all do around these apartments are ridiculous. It stinks forever afterwards and everything is clogged up as well for a bit afterwards. Do better!!!!

Worst water company ever how do you cut off water and charge them $50 for late bill and then charge an extra $75 to turn back on so ur bill almost 200 plus the water has a nasty smell and not coming out clear and they talk about gunna be till January till its fixed

The worst business. Cant even give a courtesy call before shutting your water off and then wont help you if you dont call before 3pm? When they close at 4:30.

Terrible customer service I swear if I had a choice I would Not go through them absolutely terrible close the building open an oak grove utilities thumbs all. The way down 0 stars from me job not even hard
