I have been waiting 2 weeks for a delivery. There has been 3 scheduled deliveries that they never showed up for. Every time I called they said they will call back to let me know when they will be here but I have never received a call. Very poor customer service. I understand they are very busy this time of year but they could at very least call to let me know.
