Don't just avoid this branch. Avoid this entire bank. Useless customer service. Unhappy employees. Stupid policies. I'll be closing my account shortly.

Staff is very helpful and friendly.
ATM machine at times has issues accepting cash deposits but if you try again it usually takes it.

Horrible service. 5 people in the bank working. No one available to help. No customers in the bank.

I just setup a business account in the beginning of December and already have had problems with my bank account. The customer service times are always over an hour and Ive been trying to contact this branch for the last few days and they do not answer the phones. I initially decided to be a Chase customer because of the incentive they were offering for new customers. But it is not worth the aggravation. I will be cancelling my bank account.
