Visited my family at their apartment and this place is terrible. The bugs are disgusting and out of control, as are the rodents. The apartments haven't been updated. The outside landscaping is nice around the pool but the pool can't be counted in the amenities since it's only open weekdays during most people's working hours. The water is shut off randomly and without notice. Two if the four washers are broken and they don't refund your money when the machine breaks down or eats your money. I do NOT recommend this place.

Management isn't the best and when I moved out they hit me with a bunch of fees over 3k

While I've been here,there have been so many maintenance changes. I can't keep up,and the main reason is because they won't give a discount on the rent for them so they quit and there has been some just did not do their job!

Maintence is not the best he lacks in working he always making comments about things he been told to fix he has been rude before and time where he was told to come in he instead , sat outside talking I was told by the office he was on work order I can see him just chatting and not doing anything but our words didnt matter Becuase they werent outside to see it I had so many bad encounters and experiences with maintence , I told the office how I felt and it wasnt taken serious instead he just came over and the same thing repeated he is rude and sometimes does not come till days later when he can
When putting work order make sure you are home Becuase you wont get call or asked premisson for him to come in he will just knock and come in when he is there even if you are sleeping or showering he is still allowed to come in something I really dislike about this place and the fact the man who has to fix everything is only one guy and he doesnt really want to fix stuff.
The office will not belive if you say anything bad about him Becuase nobody else has complained , Tracy and elisha are nice but I just dont like the way all situations and concerns I brought up were handled and understand they are busy poeple but most time I dont feel like residents are important to them I mean you pay your rent and bills so that can also do there job it is not pleasant when your living in alpartment complex like that Becuase you want be able to talk to staff and know that care and appreciate you.
The parking has definitely improved but , it does still get packed and theres not enough parking and If you park somewhere your arent supposed your car will be towed so that kinda sucks as well trash being super messy and play ground having so many bugs at the end the day if maintence wants to fix it he will but if he doesnt he will say its completed and just tell you he cant do anything sometimes I was told otherwise !
