I called in after hours after noticing low pressure in shower and irrigation. Chose option 1 as directed and was auto informed of water repairs happening in EWA, KAPOLEI . Big MAHALO to water dept for informing with 1- call. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

We called to find out about lifting the meter box so it wouldnt be covered in sand and inaccessible to the meter readers. Within 45 minutes our knight in a shiny green truck arrived. Amazing! Lawrence of Oahu had arrived. He quickly assessed the fix and had all the tools to get it done. Box lifted with brick support and fresh paint to mark the meter. What a true and efficient employee you have in Lawrence. He definitely needs a raise and a recognition for his great service!

This organization is so ghetto. For autopay you have to mail in a form. Wait times on the phone are ridiculous. Be warned when you move and close the water account you will not be able to pay via any automated method.
