House owner insurance and hurricane insurance are very important for us who live in Hawaii and have real estate.In 2010, our insurance broker was Pyramid Insurance Company, and a few years later, the original agent could not continue, and Sean was assigned as the successor agent.My husband is a native English speaker, so conversing with Sean was no problem for him, but when I called Sean and asked a  question, he always responded annoyingly.And last year, he finally told me, "The best way you can understand correctly is to change to an agent who can speak Japanese."English is a big challenge every day for me who moved to the United States on the occasion of marriage, without having to hear that. So his words pierced my chest like a blade, and I was very hurt.A few weeks after his inconsiderate comment about my English, I did indeed get a referral from an insurance expert to a bilingual agent, and made the switch.She carefully reviewed my existing insurance policies.I was very happy.The new agent's review revealed that when Sean was our agent, the "fire sprinkler discount" was not applied.I don't remember hearing from Sean that there was such a discount.When I told my husband, he said he got a reply as soon as he sent an email to Sean that said, "I'm no longer your agent, so I should go ask the current agent."Even though the past mistakes are not the responsibility of the current agent, Sean said so.I doubted my ears at my husband's report.Also, my husband said that he received a call from Sean immediately after sending an email from Sean, with the same excuse for not giving service.I learned again how irresponsible Sean was as an agent.The sprinkler discount was a benefit that we had received for nearly 10 years.We are thinking about how to charge the irresponsible and rude agent, the agent I fired, Sean, in order to get it back.My husband is enthusiastic about pursuing responsibility, but who will take this responsibility?  Sean?  We'll see.住宅所有者保険とハリケーン保険は、ハワイに住んでいて不動産を持っている私たちにとって非常に重要です。2010年、私たちの保険ブローカーはピラミッド保険会社であり、数年後、元のエージェントは継続できず、ショーンは後継エージェントとして割り当てられました。私の夫は英語のネイティブスピーカーなので、ショーンとの会話は彼にとって問題ではありませんでしたが、私がショーンに電話して質問をしたとき、彼はいつも迷惑そうな対応を私にしました。そして昨年、彼はついに私に「正しく貴女が理解できる最善の方法は、日本語を話せるエージェントに変える事ことじゃ無い?」と言いました。英語は、結婚の機会にアメリカに引っ越した私にとって、英語を使う事は毎日大きな挑戦です。だから彼の言葉は刃のように私の胸を突き刺し、私はとても傷付きました。私の英語についての彼の思いやりのないコメントから数週間後、私はHawaiiで保険を取り扱う専門家からバイリンガルエージェントへの紹介を受け、彼と直ぐに切り替えました。彼女は私の既存の保険契約を慎重に検討してくれました。私はとても安心で幸せでした。新しいエージェントは、ショーンが私たちのエージェントだったとき、「火災スプリンクラー割引」が適用されなかったことを明らかにしました。私たちはショーンからそのような割引があったと10年間一度も聞いた覚えはありません。私が夫にその件を報告して夫がショーンに伝えたところ彼は「私はもうあなたの代理人ではないので、現在の代理人に尋ねるべきだ」というメールを送り返して来たそうです。過去の過ちは現在のエージェントの責任ではないにも関わらずショーンはそう言ったそうで、私は夫の報告に耳を疑いました。また、私の夫がサービスを提供していないのと同じだと言う意味のメールを送り、直後にショーンから電話を受けたと言いました。もちろん夫はショーンと直接話しをする必要はないと言い電話を切りました。私はショーンがエージェントとしてどれほど無責任であるかを再び学びました。スプリンクラー割引は、私たちが10年近く受けられた利点でした。私たちは、それを取り戻すために、無責任で失礼なエージェント、私が解雇したエージェント、ショーンに請求する方法を考えています。私の夫は責任を追求することに熱心ですが、誰がこの責任を取りますか? ショーン？果たしてどうでしょうね。。。今は呆れて何も考えたく無いので少し様子を見ます。

Had help from the insurance agent Jeremy Uto ! He was very professional and as a person who didn't know much, he helped understand everything all of my options and provided me with many quotes as well ! Really appreciated his help as he was also very quick to have everything set up for me ! I will def be recommending to friends and family
