We hired Ching Construction to vault our ceilings in our home that we were remodeling. It involves a lot of large specialized beams and pretty complicated due to the old home. They gave a formal estimate, answered my questions and said they would start at 7 and go till 330 and be a Monday-Friday job. I was impressed and hoped it was legit. They stayed true to their word and worked hard each day completing the job on time. Keaka and his team were great and dealt with all my questions throughout the job and worked around our family living in the home while the construction was going on. I would highly recommend and if needed in the future they will be my first call. Only reason for 4 stars was a large screw used to hang the brackets on the beams found its way to my driveway and into my car tire which I then needed to replace costing a few hundred dollars and lots of my time. They did a great job cleaning up inside the house each day, just missed the carport/driveway that one time and got my tire.
