Very poor and unprofessional management and lack of communication. The owners will falsely accuse you of damaging their homes such as a hole in the wall, a crack on the tile, a missing item when in fact those damages were already accounted for and confirmed on the lease agreement that it was damage by previous tenants. They tried to screw us and showed them the agreement that landlords and management was aware of damages prior to new tenants lol we told them we will contact a lawyer for fraud and show them the lead agreement and they backtracked their words

Wouldnt recommend a man who openly post about disrespecting the ina, and doing an illegal hike. He even posed by the sign that states its illegal! The Stairway to Heaven or Haiku Trail has been closed since 1987. Not only is it private property, its also burial ground of native ancestors. As a Knaka Maoli, I am truly disgusted by this act of disrespect.
