Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this office. On multiple occasions they ran so far behind that my appointment had to be rescheduled without notifying me ahead of time. Additionally, the PA did not investigate the root cause of my concern and instead prescribed an very aggressive medication without advising on potential long-term side effects. I received a second opinion with a new provider and I'm very happy with the steps we're taking to investigate the issue. I would not recommend this office.

Dr. Dorten has been treating my skin cancer for over a decade. He is friendly and always thorough. I believe he is truly concerned about my care .5 stars for him.

Frustrating! Upon scheduling my first appt.for an All Body scan I was told Karen is particular about showing up on time. She was 60 minutes late taking me back. I'm back today as that scan didn't happen because she didn't have enough time. Now im sitting here waiting, undressed in a paper gown and have been waiting again. So far she's 25 minutes late...

Showed up for my appointment 30 minutes early like I was told. Got to my appointment and was told I didnt have an appointment. While I was there employee said that I wasnt in their system (found me later) and said that they were not taking any appointments. Bad experience and would not recommend.

Every visit has been a great experience. I trust that my dermatologist has my best interest at heart. The staff is friendly and the office very professional.
