My recent experience with English Plaza Animal Hospital disappointed and frustrated me. Despite their claim of opening at 8:00 AM, I arrived promptly, only to find locked doors.
Waiting patiently until 9:30 AM, I was shocked to see no sign of any staff or activity within the premises. This blatant disregard for their advertised opening hours reflects a severe problem with the management and organization of this establishment.
Pet owners rely on veterinary clinics to provide timely and reliable care for their beloved animals, and English Plaza Animal Hospital has failed miserably in this regard. They must address this issue promptly and ensure that their opening hours are accurately reflected and adhered to in the future.
Until this problem is rectified, I cannot recommend English Plaza Animal Hospital to anyone seeking dependable veterinary care for their pets.

Warning: Military personnel, do NOT go to this clinic. I have been a client for three years, only to witness its continuous decline. Each year, the service worsens. As I am relocating, I must express my disappointment in this clinic's incompetence.
The staff were disrespectful towards my wife, who spent three months trying to organize our pet's papers. The clinic is extremely unprofessional and lacks basic organizational skills. Additionally, they overcharge for services and insist on unnecessary tests for simple issues.
They push their own products and refuse to consider alternative options. They heavily rely on external support, which drives up costs and renders them ineffective. There is a high turnover of vets, indicating deeper issues within the clinic.
In conclusion, this clinic is exorbitantly priced, unprofessional, and has poor communication. Avoid at all costs.

This is not my vets office. I was going on vacation when I noticed my pet had a weird rash out of nowhere. I needed him to be seen right away as I had to fly out in about 4 hours. My veterinarian office doesn't allow walk-in appointments, so they told me to contact English plaza. It was a great experience; the staff was welcoming, efficient, and professional. I was seen very fast. Excellent. I am also happy with my original vet, but I would absolutely come back. Maybe I'll stay here
