      image I really enjoyed that the woman answering the phone set the phone down , she didn't place me on hold, so I cold hear the music from her cell phone in the back ground for 15 to 30 minutes just to speak with the Business office about a bill. I hear 3 different conversations and never got any help. Unprofessional
