Food is great. Service is so slow. Plan to spend a lot of time waiting for your food. 40 minutes for scrambled egg on toast!

Very nice place for a delicious sandwich. The staff there work very hard, and are always pleasant, despite how busy it gets.

I lived in Holden for many years and always LOVED taking my boys to The Bagel Inn (or sneaking in for a treat while they were in school! ) When I moved to Western Mass, I missed these chewy NY style bagels so much that I make a special 2-hour trip about once a month to stock my freezer. The spinach dill and pumpernickel are my favorites but I always get a mix of sweet and savory. They have a large variety of cream cheeses and toppings. The staff is always friendly and they have the BEST pickles! Cant wait for my next road trip to Holden!
