Mr. rocks elizabethtown, westport road. apartment, was horrible.. like seriously just BAD. Coloring all over the walls, DIRTY carpet that has to be dated back to the 70’s, smelled of cigarettes.. pretty sure the unit doesn’t meet codes & regulations, and he told me I couldn’t use the air conditioner in the summer?? charges $50 per adult per application, & then shows you horrible property, then doesn’t give your money back? Sounds shady, I had talked to a woman who told me I could call her back in a couple of weeks to see his better properties, so I did that, was told I was crazy and that nobody said such things... SUCH a fricken joke, but hey, he got his $100 bucks from me, guess that’s all that matters.. 😡😡

Rude office workers that are ignorant of law even if Mr. Rock is a lawyer. Did an unofficially background check and took arrest record as a crime even though case was dismissed and dropped. Also took a case that was filled in court but not rulled on as FACT EVEN THOUGH IT MIGHT BE DROPPED AND DISMISSED ALSO as evidence against good renters to deny rental application.
