Listen listen listen As a frustrated customer on the search of trying to get my vehicle fixed I came across this business through word of mouth, tho I was skeptical due to other fail services I said Ill give GBI a try. I meet Andrew and explained my issue and from the top he knew what the issue was. Although he was very knowledgeable, he did the most coolest thing ever and used something like a stethoscope to hear where the noise was coming from. It was my Alternator!!! I had other service tech tell me its the CATALYTIC CONVERTER, or the Pulley blah blah blah. they was all WRONG! Andrew ordered the part in a timely manner fixed my vehicle PLUS cleaned my car. Lets just say Ill take my Dodge Journey to his establishment over taking it to Dodge. Oh and should I mention that I live on the south side close to Griffin Ga and I dont mind driving to his location, because I know for a fact the job will get done. GBI for the win thank me later.

Great car buying experience! Staff was extremely professional and courteous. I was impressed with the overall experience. If I ever have a need for another vehicle, I will check here first! FYI they do detailing as well. Car looks like I just purchased it every time I pick it up. Highly recommend this business!
