Before I start I reached out at least 6 times to rectify this situation. This is my only recourse. So this owner does communicate and does not even clean to the franchise standards. Its basically a money grab. I had a loveseat and sofa cleaned. I was quoted $190 dollars. When the cleaner arrived, I was told it was $5 per cushion extra ( I found out from home office this is not company practice but scam to make more money) if I want the underside of the cushion cleaned. I said sure so $25 bucks more. Then I was asked if I wanted protectant at $60 bucks more. I said ok. So I am in at $275 dollars. I was unpacking as I just moved into the house. The worker sprayed my couch with a liquid, used a brush to brush the couch and 20 minutes later or so (no more than 30 min) he was done. I was not even thinking right when I paid and they left. My family and friends who were there asked why they left already. Never having had a couch cleaned I did not know the process. They asked when was the cleaning bringing the machine in. So at this point I call Oxi Fresh and it always goes to the headquarters. I talk a rep there and they said they always use a cleaning machine as is the franchise standard. They were puzzled as to why a machine was not used. They reschedule the cleaning after the owner agreed begrudgingly. The rep at headquarters said if they show up again without a machine to clean the couch, I refuse service and call them. They show up without a machine. I refuse and call headquarters. They now say there is nothing they can do since it is a franchise and that any refund must come from the owner. The owner Maruska has not called me once after me calling the company several times. They are a scam and just looking to make money the fast and cheap way. My couches are not clean. Oxi Fresh does not stand by its brand and obviously does not care how its franchisee's run their company with no brand standard. Its whatever goes. Customer service is terrible and so is the cleaning. I was robbed of $275 dollars basically and my couches are not very clean. Service: Upholstery cleaning

Do not schedule with this place. I scheduled with 2 different franchises, at my new home and the one we listed. This gave a clear picture of what this location did not do correctly. I have been trying to get them out for a redo like they guarantee but no one will call me back! I know they have so many high reviews because a tech mentioned frequently stands over you and selected the 5 stars for me! I was so uncomfortable as a single woman home alone with a lot of the behavior. I think my carpets look worse and stains they charged an exorbitant amount for removing (which the other franchise did not charge for) are still there. Service: Carpet cleaning

Oxi Fresh promised a “re-do†as my carpets smelled worse after the cleaning. The appointment was scheduled for 8am and then never showed and then said appointment was 8pm and still never showed. NEVER USE THEM….poor service
