The contractor was slow in responding when we had a problem. Numerous, things were faulty and lacked the quality one would expect. Flooring not level in many places, lumps under carpeting, outlets in odd places for example, three on one wall and one on the facing wall, ceiling fans are not balanced consequently they move and rattle when turned on, uneven moulding around doors, floor vents installed crooked, grass was not planted until mid June so has never filled in properly. Everything I requested was denied, such as coach lights on sides of garage doors, decorative window in roof peak. The floors already have numerous creaks and squeaks. Weve only been in the house a little over a year. The contractors attitude after he got our initial payment changed from friendly to cocky and rude. He did nothing that felt as if he genuinely wanted to build us a house we would be happy with. We are deeply disappointed in the quality of workmanship in this house. I would definitely NOT recommend them. Buyer beware! If there was less than one star, thats how I would rate them. Service: New home construction
