Our company works with many print and imprint vendors around the nation. We engage vendors like East Coast Media to produce everything from flyers and catalogs to banners and promotional items. However, ECM is one of our preferred providers due to their production quality, competitive pricing, and extensive capabilities.
Speaking beyond the buzz, Andrew Fresco and his team genuinely demonstrates a customer-first attitude. This was clear when we overlooked a pick-up deadline for a rush order. While the ECM office was closed, Andrew offered to open the office outside of business hours. He personally coordinated a pick-up time over the weekend, which allowed our team member to receive the materials before a flight.

Worst Experience Ever. If I could give zero stars I would. Was told they were a reliable business to business company, which they are not all.
Was given one quote and told it could be done in one day if approved that same day. Proceeded with the quote only to find out it would take four days. Inconvenienced my business for the entire weekend and was very upset and informed them would never buy anything from them. Was told for the inconvenience they could manage a partial order for no charge in a completely different format this same day. Proceeded to go in to pick up the temporary order where they then tried to charge close to 200$ for something we did not even like, approved through email, and were never quoted for. Expressed our concerns and the owner was then contacted. The woman then proceeded to yell over the counter in a completely unprofessional manner after her mess up and miscommunication with everyone. Will never do business with them. Walked out with nothing. Most unreliable and unprofessional company.

I needed extremely last-second 11x17 prints done for my portfolio, East Coast Media got it all done at a very reasonable price and excellent quality, all in record time! I will definitely be using them for all my printing needs in the future!!
