- Broke our gate.
- Painted the garage doors when specifically instructed not to.
- Didnt match the previous color of the garage doors (like, not even close) when we asked them to fix their mistake.
- Constantly left garbage on the property (soda cans, wrappers, etc.) overnight.
And the paint job itself wasnt anything spectacular. Wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

They destroyed the exterior of our house and then did a poor job at trying to hide their mistakes under their mediocre paint job.
If you think a $19k paint job isnt asking enough of you as a client, don't worry, you'll need to invest in brand new siding for your home by the time they're done.
If you're looking for a DIY flipper quality of work in a professional price range, then these are your people. They definitely know how to deliver the "landlord special". But if you want an actual QUALITY paint job that boosts your homes curb appeal, rather than making it an eyesore, I'd steer clear.

Too expensive $19,000.00 for exterior paint and prep. And stain porch. Poor quality work. Prep work with disc sander left deep grooves. Areas left undone that needed smoothed and caulked. Paint streaks left. A blotchy stained porch. They expect full payment for this work. I've paid $12,000.00 and am holding the remainder until improvements are done. Unfortunately, they've returned 3 times, each time in a rush and leaving the house in a worse state, but asking for payment. Quality work is not a concern for them.
