TERRIBLE customer service. Staff is beyond discourteous and unprofessional. Mary is rude, ill-mannered, unknowledgeable about horses/tack in general and an all around sad and depressing human being. Try someplace else. Gallops as well as Glisan Street Saddlery both have a fantastic selection of new and used tack, fantastic customer service, and highly knowledgeable (and reasonable) staff. PLEASE CONSIDER NOT SUPPORTING THE INTOLERABLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT MARY'S SADDLE AND TACK.

My experience with Mary's Tack up to this point has been as a consigner, and buying their consigned items. A great service to provide for us that live on the west side of Portland.
I often just drop in to browse to see what new items they may have. If I have questions, they are always willing to answer. I'm not one that requires gushy customer service, so have never seen their ways as anything out of the ordinary. I plan on dropping in shortly as I need a new bridle!
