      image The Standard of Care my wife has received from the Gresham Office and the absurd, time wasting and complicated communication system is appalling and unacceptable. Willamette Dental Group has made it nearly impossible to get assistance of any kind of any authority to expedite resolve. Nice people on the front lines but no one has the necessary keys to effect true, satisfactory Customer Service or Support.
      My wife has been a patient for many, many years but it seems like it is now time to get a provider that truly represents their words

      image Refused to provide simple cleaning service blaming elevated blood pressure and luck off time for service after already taken x-ray, even it was their mistake to start an appointment 15 min late . still confused after this type of service.
