Dan and his team have been great to deal with. I work for a small local business and like to try and support other local businesses as well. I came across Impact Sign co. and gave them a shot. I have been very pleased. They are good with communication, timing, pricing and great quality. They do what they say they are going to do and stand behind it. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Did you know Impact Sign Co is locally owned?
I've worked with Dan a number of times through the years, and was in a position to use another company (because of the building owner/landlord) and it was a miserable experience (the other company). I'm relieved they dropped the ball so I can continue keeping my business with the folks at Impact.

Great experience with Scott and his team! Had to get our dropbox rebranded and they were better priced and faster than DocuMart who did it the first time. I will definitely be looking to Impact Sign Co. for future projects!

Not sure if there's new owners, this business went ABOVE & BEYOND for our Fundraiser in 2017, seeking additional resources for another event for a great cause fell upon DEAF EARS however in 2022, as the owner NEVER returned our calls!
Otherwise even if they couldn't have been of assistance on our 2022 Fundraiser because of such short notice, the rating would have been 5 !
THINGS HAPPEN,We certainly understand that, we only hold such fundraising events to benefit others, & are usually planned by Nature or God, not something we have any control over, however communication we DO, & community we strive!

Impact Sign was excellent at every step of the way. I received excellent customer service from each person I interacted with at the company. They went above and beyond to reschedule sign installation when my family had Covid. They were willing to travel to Forest Grove to install although they are based in Hillsboro. The signs look great and represent my business well.
