I have been a member since 2010 and since then, they have had a lot of massage therapist come and go. I have been lucky and landed the best ones that I have stuck with over the years. The massage and facials are really good and depending on what type you want, they adjust to your specific requests. I have had to freeze my account several times since being a member and each time, it is handled in a professional manner and nothing negative to say about this location. The front desk staff seems to turnover quickly but that is how it is at all locations from what I hear. Recommend massage here and ask for Jamie! She books out months in advance she is that good.

What a great place. Ive been in twice now. Once for a massage and again for a facial. Both experiences were great and Ill be back soon.

First I'd like to start by saying my husband and I have been members for a long time. The level of service we get by the therapists is great NO complaints. The problem is the front desk and scheduling. It is super hard to get an appointment that fits schedule. Problem solved you book a few months ahead! Wrong, I have been bumped 3 times my husband once, can't get rebooked. This results in packages stacking up. I have difficulty getting them to answer phone or return calls. They send this silly text with and automated system to respond, which does not help.
Think twice before becoming a member. Very sad because many of the therapists are great, which is the only reason I'm not giving 1 star.
