Changed my service provider to Metro at this location. In Cornell Square and the employees failed to disclose all options of my plan. Thus allowing me to leave the store without the 2 free phones that are included with switching providers and activation. Upon returning I was told that since I did not leave the store with phones in hand On day of activation I forfeited the free phone option. I suggest if you are planning to shop at this location ensure you have all of the promotional items in hand prior to leaving the store as you to will forfeit those items if you exit the building.
Not a good representation on how to do business unless you are capitalize on innocent people who trust your establishment.
